SINGLE SCREW-RETAINED ELEMENTS

DIRECT SCREW-RETAINED TECHNIQUE

We produce individual abutments and single elements using the direct screw-retained technique, both from models and from files, compatible with almost all implant platforms.

The zirconium oxide abutments with internal connection are produced with grade 5 titanium interlocking converters.

The New Ancorvis converters of the Sly System Line, specific also for in-house Cad Cam productions, feature an activated sectioned engagement, which makes any type of cementation unnecessary.

All our abutments are supplied with a permanent grade 5 titanium screw, compatible with the original one - regarding the connection between the screw head and the tightening driver.

This type of semi-finished product may be required when dealing with inclined screw channels.

BONDING TECHNIQUE

The variety of our Link-IN bonding connectors, compatible with all implant connections, allows us to produce individual abutments and single bonding elements, both from models and from files.

The permanent grade 5 titanium screw, compatible with the original one supplied with the abutment, has the sole task of locking the bonding connector to the implant, while the abutment is secured using anaerobic cement.

For those who have an in-house milling machine, original New Ancorvis bonding implant libraries are available for the production of single elements of screw-retained bridges with rotating and/or non-rotating elements.

This type of semi-finished product may be required when dealing with inclined screw channels.
