Screw-retained and bonded individual abutments
Send us the wax or, better still, resin model with attached our form filled out in all its parts. Please note that the material you send us must be in good condition, not contaminated, not deteriorated and properly packaged. Download the same form if you intend to order the modelling too.

Cement-retained bridges and crowns
Send us the plaster model (preferably class 4!), with removable abutments and prepared ditching: attach, optionally, the antagonist model and/or any intermaxillary recordings performed by the doctor. The model must not be treated with hardening or spacer lacquers. Download the form and attach it filled out in all its parts. Please note that the material you send us must be in good condition, not contaminated, not deteriorated and properly packaged.

It is necessary to send New Ancorvis the plaster model, with the analogues in perfect condition; in case of a subgingival implant, it is advisable to include the silicone mucosa.
