MULTI-UNIT CONICAL ABUTMENT CONVERTERS

The New Ancorvis line of conical converters has been designed and developed by New Ancorvis to provide an accurate and effective solution for multiple screw-retained structures, designed for specific cases:

Immediate Load prostheses;

complete rehabilitations with minimal surgical impact (prostheses on 4 or 6 implants);

patients with reduced bone availability that can lead the Clinician to position the implants with pronounced disparallelisms (even in the distal direction) and may cause difficult management during the prosthetic phase.

New Ancorvis conical converters exploit a single output connection, to the benefit of subsequent prosthetic design and of the portfolio of the third-party components.

Compatible with various implant platforms, made of grade 5 Titanium, and with dedicated screws.

Available in many variants: straight, inclined 17° and 30° differentiated gingival height (1.0 / 2.5 / 4.0 / 5.5 mm )

DESIGNED TO OPTIMISE THE RESULT OF THE PROSTHETIC PART: Wide shoulder to maximise the repositioning stability; Cone with a limited height, in compliance with the minimum vertical dimension

The conical connection standardised on all implant platforms allows for an extended interchangeability of components and accessories: LABORATORY ANALOGUE: a single component for plaster or 3D printed models (fully compatible with the implant libraries that can be installed on the main CAD software on the market); BONDING LINKS, including micro screw compatible with the implant; Multi-Unit Abutment POSITIONING DEVICE, to facilitate the installation of the inclined converter in the oral cavity, in the appropriate angular phase; TIGHTENING DRIVER: manual (with guided screwdriver) or with contra-angle connection.
